“One has to understand health and disease out of the colour theory " Dr Rudolf Steiner
I am painting therapist and my focus is to reinforce the healing process by assisting people to discover their own strengths within. I perceive the person in his wholeness based on the philosophical concept of Anthroposophy.
The point is to improve life quality
Therapeutic painting creates spaces, allows growth, movement and sets impulses for further developments. It reinforces the autoimmune system, decreases anxieties and pain, improves stress management, helps to let go and improves the quality of life. Furthermore, it can accompany traditional therapies in cases of psychological and medical treatments of severe diseases and help manage secondary symptoms.

Brigitte Buss more about my person
I am passionate about the connections and the universal laws between human being and nature and their reflections in the arts. I am able to combine these areas of interest in painting therapy based on the concept of Anthroposophy, as it was initiated by the philosopher Dr Rudolf Steiner and further developed by Dr Margarete Hauschka and the art therapist Liane Collot d’Herbois. Having worked as a physical therapist and practitioner of the Feldenkrais method complete my work. Mother of two adult children, I have lived with my family on several continents and speak German, French, English and Russian.
